How far in advance should I place my booking request?
Reservations should be placed preferably with 3 working days prior to the desired rental date.
Can I make my reservation over the phone?
You can verify the availability of the requested date by phone, however the reservation can only be accepted by email or through the booking form.
If necessary, is it possible to extend the photoshoot beyond the scheduled time?
Yes, it’s possible if the studio is available, and upon payment of the extra time.
What are the payment methods available?
Payments can be made by bank transfer or bank deposit. The proof of payment must be sent by e-mail.
What should I do if I need to cancel or postpone the date?
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking please send us an email. In case of postponement, we will schedule a new date upon availability. In case of cancellation, you will get a full refund if you let us know two weeks before the booked date. If you cancel with less than two weeks prior to the rental date, 50% of the amount is charged. If you cancel with less than five business days until the booked date, or if you do not show up on the day, we retain 100% of the rental value.
Can I take my own backdrop?
Yes, our backdrop system is for backdrops with a maximum width of 2,75m..
What happens if there is any damage to the studio or its equipment?
In the event of any damage to the studio or its equipment during rental, whether it be accidental or due to negligent use, all repair / replacement costs will be borne by the person responsible for the rental.
